How to find and buy a rug on your site?
To search for a carpet, check out the site and select the carpet that you want to buy. Click on the carpet to get more detailed information. The price of the carpet is displayed at bottom right. is a button with the title: Add to Cart. When you click the link, the carpet is automatically placed in your cart which appears in the bottom left of the page. Simply repeat the same procedure to add more pads to your basket.
The next step is to go to the checkout. Just click on the link Order.
The final step is to choose the payment method. You can pay by credit card or by bank transfer or by check or PayPal. Click on the solution of your choice, then follow the instructions.

How do I know that my personal data are in good hands?
We assure you that we treat all personal data confidentially. We do not share in any of your data to third parties and we do not memorize longer than absolutely necessary. How do you set prices?
Set the price of a handmade carpet is very difficult. It depends on the quality of the wool, the colors used, the design of reasons, but of course also depend on age and rarity of the carpet. Nomadic rugs, for example, are harder to find these days, which pushed up their prices.

What can i do if the porduct in not available?

You can register directly on the site of the desired product. Once you are registered, please contact us with the reference of the rugs that you want. You will receive an email once the item is sellable again. For other questions or if you want a special order please contact our customer service.

Matches the color of the carpet to the photo on the Internet?
Photos of our carpets are made by a professional using a digital camera with high resolution in a temperature-controlled color. Thus, the photographs of carpets are as close to reality as the real carpet.

What payment methods do you accept?
We offer differents payments options: credit card (VISA or MasterCard) and advance payment by direct transfer between accounts between your bank and ours, Pay with PayPal and checks.

Orders


How can I view my orders?
You can check your orders by clicking on "Your Account" on the right side, then you login with your e-mail address and password. There your previous orders and current are displayed, and you also have the ability to track shipments.

How to cancel an order?

Shipping and handling


How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary from one country to another, you will find detailed prices in the section Terms and Conditions. Delivery costs are calculated based on where you live and the size of your order. If this is a large order, delivery will not be charged.

How long does delivery take?
The usual delivery time is 4 days maximum.

Do I find myself at home to receive my rug?

Yes, you must be present (or someone else) upon delivery. But if delivery to your home is not practical, you can contact UPS / DHL /Colissimo for more information on delivery time or another address.

How to track my order and delivery?
After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from www.galaxytapis.com This e-mail will contain all information relating to shipping and tracking of command.

How do you pack the carpet to ensure shipment without damage?
The mats are folded and packed in a thick plastic bag, and the runners are rolled. Each end is then closed with strapping and plastic tape to make everything tight.

If I do not like the carpet, can I return it?
Yes, you may return your rug if you do not like it. You have 14 days return right.This period starts on the day after the day on which the goods were received.
